I have over 34 years experience in practice,  developing a multi-disciplinary approach to health. In my experience I have found two treatment modalities

that have the potential to bring about the most profound changes and improvement to health, they are * Homeopathy and *The Bowen Technique.

They can be used separately or together depending on the needs of the client.

​More recently I have added a third and profound  modality to my practice, called Somatic Therapy, I am a graduate of Somatic Reclamation, Somatic Mapping and Trauma to Essence with Emily Waymire. VAST Methodology is a visual and somatic approach developed by Emily Waymire that provides a multidimensional map of healthy human development.  
Simply put it is a method of Trauma/ Distress deactivation that I am able  to offer in person as well as online.

For me the importance of providing a secure frame is the basis from which  we explore,  name and clarify where we are , thus enabling us to commit to a process that brings us to transformation and a change that we seek. This process of empowerment commences a journey that enables  healing to occur........this is a process that I am passionate about and that engages me, to practice Homeopathy-, Bowen Therapy and now Somatic Therapist.

My practice is focused on transforming our experience of pain, restriction and suffering, often experienced in a disease process. Healing is a return to health, that allows us to experience freedom.

I see myself as an energy repair practitioner with a selection of skills and tools to help and facilitate the healing process, essentially engaging and respecting the wisdom, intelligence and the individuality of each client. 
I offer a dynamic and comprehensive approach that enables- individuals to engage in a rapid and permanent restoration to health, enabling positive and life affirming change.

My approach evolves from my various in-depth training and reflects my commitment to ethical practice. I strive to work in alignment with my skills, maintaining clarity in my desire to support rather than fix anyone. This perspective allows me to fully embrace the role of guiding my clients as they tap into their own intelligence to find solutions to life’s challenges. Through a compassionate and holistic lens, I prioritize what needs attention most in each individual’s journey.

I have developed and experienced a practical and working knowledge of homeopathic principles and practice, and I continue to update my own personal and professional development.  Post graduate studies include Rajan Sankaran's 2 year course, in ' The Sensation Method' and at Jeremy Sherr's 3 year course at The Dynamic School of Homeopathy.
