I have over 34 years experience in practice,  developing a multi-disciplinary approach to health. In my experience I have found two treatment modalities

that have the potential to bring about the most profound changes and improvement to health, they are Homeopathy and The Bowen Technique.

They can be used separately or together depending on the needs of the client.

I work with people experiencing anxiety, chronic stress, long-standing patterns, and physical or emotional strain, using homeopathy and Bowen Therapy, guided by close attention to nervous system regulation and the body’s responses.

My approach evolves from my various in-depth training and reflects my commitment to ethical practice. I strive to work in alignment with my skills, maintaining clarity in my desire to support rather than fix anyone. This perspective allows me to fully embrace the role of guiding my clients as they tap into their own intelligence to find solutions to life’s challenges. Through a compassionate and holistic lens, I prioritize what needs attention most in each individual’s journey.

​My work is informed by Somatic Reclamation and the VAST METHODOLOGY framework developed by Emily Waymire, which brings nervous system safety, agency, and ethical relational orientation into therapeutic practice.

I approach this as an integrated lens, not as a separate modality.

I have developed and experienced a practical and working knowledge of homeopathic principles and practice, and I continue to update my own personal and professional development.  Post graduate studies include Rajan Sankaran's 2 year course, in ' The Sensation Method' and at Jeremy Sherr's 3 year course at The Dynamic School of Homeopathy.
