Service Description

The Bowen Technique is a recognised hands-on complementary therapy, which many turn to for significant relief from troubling aches and pains and (often) to address long-standing issues. In your Bowen session you can either lie on a couch or, alternatively, be seated if this is more comfortable for you. Bowen work is carried out directly on the skin or through light clothing, according to your preference; you will be covered appropriately with towels or blankets. Cancellation Please give at least 48-hours’ notice otherwise a charge may be applied.
